Aroma Reflex

Aroma Reflex is a luxurious combination of aromatherapy essential oils and reflexology. Adding oils provides a boost to your reflexology session and creates an extremely relaxing and nurturing experience. 

The range of essential oils are safe to use and have been carefully selected to work well together for a  whole variety of issues, so whether it’s for sore joints, bad backs, headaches, digestion problems or even calming hot flushes, there will be a combination that is just right for you. 

The selection of oils  can be used safely during pregnancy from the second trimester onwards so both you and baby can benefit. 

Your treatment will be slightly longer than a regular reflexology session as Aroma Reflex also incorporates advanced massage techniques to include the lower legs as well as the feet. 

You will be given your blend in a pot to take home with you so you can extend the benefits of your session.

Your blend is only for you so it is not meant to be shared with anyone else. 

Some oils can be toxic to animals so please take care with storing your blend.

Aroma Reflex is not suitable for children under the age of 12. 

If you have sensitive skin, it is advisable to have a patch test 24 hours before your treatment in case of an allergic reaction. If you develop any redness, swelling or itching in the patch area during this time then Aroma Reflex will not be suitable for you.
